What is consultant CV management software?

How does matching work?
Paste a request, tender or RFP. AI reads it into must-have and nice-to-have skills, languages and a start date. People are then ranked by fit, with matched and missing items. You can edit the requirements, and ranking itself uses no AI credits.
What does tailoring a CV do?
It suggests changes section by section using the request’s own words. You review them, and the result is saved as a new company CV.
Can we bring in our existing people and CVs?
Yes. Upload PDF or Word CVs to create profiles and CVs, or import an .xlsx or .csv file with columns matched automatically.
Do consultants need an account?
No. Your company manages every profile.
Can we send anonymous CVs?
Yes. Downloads, packs and share links can show “Candidate A, B…” without names, contact details or photos. Links expire after 7, 30 or 90 days, or never.
How many CV formats can we have?
Starter 3, Growth 10, Scale unlimited, for example one per language or client.
What do the plans include?
Starter $49 (20 people, 3M AI credits), Growth $119 (100 people, 10M), Scale $249 (250 people, 20M). Archived people don’t count towards the limit.
What happens if we stop paying?
The workspace becomes read-only, so you can still view, download and share CVs. Data is deleted 30 days later, and we email you a week before.
Can I use my personal HubKit account?
No. HubKit Business is a separate company account, so sign up with your work email.
